I liked the product as the fit and finish were excellent . Some of the guys in the 2/34th Armor would like to see the Armor insignia as it would be without the Vietnamese Tricolor on the Armor insignia . Put a Tricolor ribbon on the back of the hat to denote Vietnam service with a customize feature to super - impose the time the individual served in country on the ribbon . Respectfully , Richard C. Very high quality. The back adjustable strap is material, not plastic, very comfortable. The bill is made of hard plastic and keeps it's shape. The material and stitching is top notch. Very satisfied.

The quality of the hat is good - it's a sturdy baseball hat but not overly stiff. Unfortunately, the embroidery (explained below) is just fair.
About the embroidery:
Unfortunately, the man on the escalator is stitched right smack on the seam down the middle of the front of the hat and so he looks a little deformed/squashed. I don't think most people would notice it but we did.
